Embraer Innova Week

It was our pleasure to participate in the recent innovation week at one of the premier private jet manufacturers, Embraer.

Seeing a big company trying to inspire their workers to keep an entrepreneurial mindset is one of the best ways in my opinion to keep them constantly looking for changes that could disrupt the company in either a positive or negative direction.

We were part of a distinguished panel that shared not only what we are doing, but also how Embraer can participate in the local startup ecosystem. Ranging from considering buying from local companies to supporting them with expert advice from the Embraer perspective. But overall the conversations had both during and after innovation week can spark new interactions and benefit all parties involved.
